Ooty ginger tea is very good for health. Ginger tea provides good blood circulation in heart and kidney. Ginger tea is very good for cold and fever. Drinking ginger tea daily reduces stomach related problems. Immediate gas relivement in stomach can be done with ginger tea without milk.
Brewing Instructions
Steep/Brew/Add 1 teaspoon or small handful of tea leaves per cup (250 ml) for 3-4 minutes in boiling water.
For iced tea, steep 2 teaspoons and ‘cold brew’ overnight in the refrigerator and only when tea is chilled.
Best to Consume with Milk.
It can be consumed with Milk also.
